I've been there over 20yrs. Easy online banking. That's it!!! The manager needs to get off that pretty little white horse she rides and have a little RESPECT for her employees and us who give her a job. Seen it for the last time Wednesday. In progress looking for another bank with better attitude
The customer service is horrible. Everything else is great. We love banking with them until we have to call in and ask a question. I called in today to ask about mobile deposits. The first girl I spoke with was nice and polite the second time not so much. We’ve banked with them going on three years and this isn’t the first time we’ve called in and had rude customer service.
Worst bank EVER! My mortgage company accidentally drafted my account twice.Tried to explain to them it was a mistake.I was overdrafted at that point and they REFUSED to credit the $25 back to my accountnThis isnt the first issue with them.They are unprofessional.And rude DON'T USE THEM!In fact im done with them!
Customer service is god awful I never been so disregard as they have Done they were great when they didn’t have to work for my business But A clerical error on their behalf was made that benefited them and hurt their customer and they offered me know explanation apology or solution just excuse. and the issue still has not been resolved. I would recommen to not do business with ABFCU
Stay away!! Poor customer service..a gal named ginny will sit in her cubicle and make fun of your complaints! Ridiculous charges too..also they love sending out unsolicited scam offers that wastebpaper and fill your mailbox..glad to be done with these jokers
