Came in when Trey was working, should have come in on a different day. He was rude and short and not helpful at all. If at all possible stay away from this branch!
Always SUPER slow in drive thru!
This is a second chance banking community. When larger chains turn you down this bank says come on over we saved you a seat at the table. Friendly staff and never a line so far anyway. The representatives always know your name. Other Banks I have used in the past had me feeling like a normal customer but this one makes me feel like a rockstar VIP everytime I stop by.
Went to the bank drive thru and after waiting for 10 mins in told that i have to come inside to cash the check. I go inside and there is a total if 2 people working. The same girl that was at the drive thru was at the front counter. The second person was behind a desk. Im told that i have to pay a % of the check to have it cashed. YOUVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! 1st i am a stylist and need every bit of money that is given to me. 2nd your customer wrote me that check and obviously has the money in the account. 3rd im sure your customers that bank with you, pay a fee for having and account with you. I will no longer accept checks from your bank due to this rule in place.
