CarMax

My recent experience with CarMax was excellent. I had selected a car and test drove it although I did not have my older car available. I chose the car and needed help from CarMax to allow me a few extra days to be able to secure financing. Their accommodating me was exemplary. I purchased other cars from CarMax before. It has always been a very solid cooperation.nKnowledgeable staff was/is a hallmark of this organization.

Mac and Adam have been great to work with. I seriously will never buy a car anywhere else. Mac was funny smart and not pushy. Adam was professional smart and honest. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. I don’t know why anyone would go elsewhere. Thank you Mac and Adam you guys have a customer for life!

Great experience with all the team members at the Beaverton CarMax, facility was immaculate, team members were prompt, polite, attentive to questions / gave informative answers. In my case I was selling a vehicle, the entire process from driving in to driving out took not even an hour, and it was BUSY when I was there mind you, and was honestly about as low-stress as I could have asked for. Great team, great company, great experience - will definitely be a repeat customer :)

That was an easy experience with no hassle. Customer Service was good. I walked in got someone to appraise my car. Took 30 minutes to get me a quote to sell my car. Sold my car the next day. Yes, you can generally get more with dealership, but then you have to buy another car.

Took our car in for an estimate. Greg the appraiser was very friendly. They gave us a fair market value Calvin in the finance department finished our paper work. Got our check. The process was fast simple and stress free. Kudos to the whole team....well done!!!
