Good luck getting an answer on anything related to your Tesla. Pretty typical for Tesla overall though. Once you've bought a vehicle from them you may as well be dead to them.
A very considerate and knowledgeable team there at the Tesla store. We did a test drive yesterday that went so well, we went back today to pick a color. Super positive experience.

Test drove Model X with family and I didn't like it............ I loved it! Autopilot was so unbelievably amazing while driving in heavy traffic on Hwy 217 merging onto Interstate 5, it felt like what I imagined having a chauffeur would feel like. It kept the distance at all speeds. There are no words to describe Ludicrous+ mode other than ludicrous. 0-xxx in seconds was incredible. Passing other vehicles was a breeze. Model X 6 seater was spacious and roomy and able to handle a stroller in back with rear seats down. All the user interface controls were simple and intuitive; the display menu, settings, and navigation system easy to understand and change. I look forward to the day I purchase a fully autonomous vehicle, that mode is not avaible yet, but hoping things change in 2020. Show room floor is very elegant showing off the Model S and a 7 passenger Model X. Tesla has several beautiful color choices, interior schemes, a few wheel choices, and speed/distance choices. The staff at the Washington Square Mall Tesla location were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in addressing our questions.
