Wonderful people! They are alway on top of my general or needs! If my generator doesn't come on, they have someone right on it! If you use someone else for you generator needs, you need to call Northside! They did everything from installation to yearly maintenance and anything in between!

My family live in a old neighborhood with a lots of trees. And power outage happens a few times a year. We finally decided to get a generator. Which company to use? We turned to Northside power after search. We made the right decision. !From the first phone call until installation completed, their caring, listening, professionalisms and very good quality work won our heart. Not only our house get a generator and also a surger. We now is much more relaxed. My premature granddaughter is also protected as well if their house is out of power.nThank you so much Northside power, your whole team!!
I was quoted a $75 inspection fee plus $275 service fee for aprox a $80 oil change which usually takes no more than 25 minutes. I think the educated consumer should avoid this place and shop around.
A family owned and operated business with great customer service. I would highly recommend.
