Love's Travel Stop

Not one of my favorites. Extremely busy. It is very open in the parking lot is the ONLY good thing about THIS Loves. Mess around and hit this place at the wrong time and you can end up losing a LOT of valuable time.nChoose wisely.

Can't do 0 stars, can I ?! First when I pulled up on a Friday at 1400hrs there was no line at the shop. Bad sign #1. Then I noticed that besides Jacob, Lead Mechanic (probably only mechanic), there were only very young people working there. Bad sign #2. Besides the fact that the work is done under cigarette breaks it was 2h30m to change a hose (water pump to thermostat housing), they drained coolant to oil pan (so you're obliged to buy new coolant). I stayed the night and ran the truck for less then 2hrs with no issues. Next morning when I drove out, had to pull out after 20 miles driven because it was overheating. Surprisingly (Not!), they hadn't placed the bottom hose properly and not tighten the clamp properly either. There was coolant everywhere. Lucky there was a Speedco shop just off on that exit, where the North Little Rock Love's store is, and they got the job done right, under warranty. The manager there says it's routine for them to do warranty work coming from that store. Besides this issue, the store must be very badly managed since they got a sign up at Hardee's saying that you can't use points to pay for your food. That's a scam! Store must be struggling on revenue so they boycott points payment. Love's owns the restaurants in the stores therefore they HAVE TO accept the points. Pump 22's number panel also has problems (common to many Love's stores) and none of the paper towel dispensers had paper towels.

We love to stop at Loves because their bathrooms are typically clean. However, this bathroom was disgusting. My husband and I both had the same reaction after leaving their bathroom.nnThe subway attached has poor customer service. The girl played on her phone and talked before acknowledging that we were there and continued while checking us out.nnWould not recommend if you want a clean bathroom or fast service!!

GReat location, they select very good quality product. their customer service is very great.

Conveniently located and enclosed by long tall trees. Clean restrooms , friendly staff , tire shop and many more . And as always Loves chain as a whole feels home. Thanks for the great in-app deals, the fuel rewards, the free refills, free internet, showers credits that don’t expire for long time and the free parking. All these I listed is what your competitors try greedily to make money out of. However Loves chain chose no to. We “customers” know that & thank you for choosing not to make money out that. Thanks again
