Purchased 2 Brand New Vehicles for over $115,000. Drove 850 miles one way to pick them up. Sales Rep Russell communicated great until Sale was made then follow-up took hours or days to hear back. Prior to arrival was informed vehicles were ready to go however New truck didn't have floor mats installed. They didn't even look at our trade-ins either. Didn't go through any features of either vehicle. I just wanted to sign papers and get out of there as fast as possible. Multiple sales personnel standing around while our guy was too busy with other customers to take care of me who drove 13 hours one way to get there. Once home realized Track was broke on Sunroof of the New Acadia so having local dealership fixed and New Sierra truck had a small dent in passenger door so now paying to get that fixed. While Everett had great prices they lacked Customer Service. Too add to things the truck also didn't include running boards installed at time of purchase so they shipped them to my house and I installed.

The experience was low stress, very comfortable and like having a relaxing conversation with a friend. All of my questions were answered. Perry W. was responsive to what I wanted in a vehicle. He did not try to persuade me one way or the other in terms of making a decision. He was upfront with me about the cost and there were no hidden surprises. I felt that this was one of the easiest and least stressful transactions I have ever completed. The finance manager Samantha L. was similarly very professional and efficient. She explained what she was doing and got through very quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely send friends or colleagues there to look at purchasing a vehicle or just wanting to explore their options. The spaces at the dealership are welcome and inviting.

I was met promptly in the driveway of the garage. The waiting area was clean and neat and well marked for Covid safety. I was there for about 40 minutes for an oil change and lube. The time passed quickly. Refreshments were out, but I had on my mask and didn't partake. I was checked out quickly and the pens were well marked as to used or clean. The car was delivered to me very quickly. I always appreciate Everett's service, which is why I am still going back for my routine service even 5 years after purchasing my vehicle, and won't buy another vehicle anywhere else.

We called Justin Mills about a car and the next day we went there and picked it up. Justin is the best. 3rd car we have gotten from him. Honest and caring. Made sure we were happy. Everything was ready when we got there. Really easy and painless

My poor experience was with the lack of communication from the service writer. Had to call multiple times to get any kind of update and then given details thatbwere vague at best. Was even given details about a vehicle that wasn't mine at one point. Then told I was getting a new transmission under warranty and would have a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty and paperwork would be available upon pickup. When picked truck up was told my transmission was rebuilt and would have a year warranty on some parts and 2 years on others and would have no way of knowing until it was torn apart to know if it has more issues in the future if they will be under warranty or not. This is a 2017 truck with 57K miles on it that has never been off road, rarely ever tows anything which is really light loads when it does tow anything and has never spun a tire and has been adult driven as I have put every mile on it. I was told transmission issues is a known problem across the GM line which is quite concerning and reason for me to get away from the GM product line. This dealership has always been phenomenal in the past with sales and service but this experience has cast quite a dark cloud on my opinion of their service department. I have referred several friends and family members to this dealership over the years and I have purchased multiple vehicles from them over the years. They have always been great but this experience was poor at best which unfortunately has been reported to me by several close friends and relatives recently as their experience as well. I have defended the dealership due to me not having a bad experience but given the lack of communication and misinformation given I can no longer do so in the future. This is unfortunate as I will soon be in the market for vehicles for my two younger children.
