I expect a barber to wear a mask, reciprocating, when customer walks in wearing one. Dave would not mask up, and talks incessantly. He is friendly, and skilled, so the business is probably fine for the large class of people around East End that refuse to wear a mask under any circumstances; but I will not be returning.
David is the best. He is the only one that my picky son lets cut his hair.
