This location does not in any way accommodate customers at all, they are simply pathetic. I also attempted to contact corporate but just like this location, they are pathetic as well, with no one getting on the phone. I plan on pursuing this to the highest authority I can contact.
We were in town because my father had passed and we ordered about $50 worth of food. The 2 pizzas were burnt, the cinnamon twists were so overdone that we couldn't even chew them, we were charged for the dipping sauces that were supposed to come with the garlic knots, chicken chunks, and cinnamon twists, it he cheesy bacon chicken chunks were floating in grease and tasted very bitter, and for some reason they would not deliver even though we were 2 miles down the road. We took all the food back to them the next morning. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because when we called later that day and talked to the manager he was very polite and refunded our money.
On August 18, 2020, my boyfriend stopped at the Holiday Inn Express in Forrest City Arkansas. He got to his room and called 3 times and no one answered and the 4th time, he sat on hold for 25 minutes and no one answered the call. He went and ordered food from another establishment. He was driving back from Texas to Wisconsin and was extremely tired and just wanted to eat and relax. This is totally unacceptable for a business and will never recommend or stop at this establishment again. If we could give you a 0, we would.
After driving for 12 hours I ordered pizzas for my family. My debit card and my husband's wasnt taken online even though they have worked everywhere all day. We selected to pay cash. The driver showed up with $20. All we had was a $50 and our total was $17. I called and tried to pay over the phone but nobody answered. Worse experience ordering delivery EVER!
They kept hanging up.... and they didn’t say thank you after the call they just hanged up
