They got 1 star only because Google forces you to choose something, otherwise would get 0!! We stopped for the night in Forrest City, AR. After an 8 1/2 hr drive we just wanted to relax and order a couple of pizzas. We ordered via the app. from the Pizza Hut on N. Washington St, 2 miles from where we were staying AND included a $10 tip in advance..BIG MISTAKE! The order was placed at 7:20pm. We received notification at 7:50 that it was out for delivery. 1 hour and 20 min. later we still didn't have our food but the driver called and said he had gotten lost? From 2 miles away? And that he had gone back to the store. Obviously that was to pick up someone else's HOT food because they certainly didn't make us fresh food and bring it to us!! A full 2 1/2 hours later he showed up with cold, dried up pizzas! I didn't want Pizza Hut to begin with, thanks for reminding me one of the MANY reasons why!! If you're hungry don't call this place!!
Love pizza hut but they don't put much meat on the pizza
Friendliest staff I've ever met!!! Buffet was decent. We went at a busy time so food was always fresh. The staff kept everything clean despite being so busy.
Friendly service and as always good pizza. Located on highway 1, or Washington Blvd. ( main road running north an south. Right beside taco hut. North end of town close to interstate 40.)
First time visiting this location and I am completely impressed. We chose curbside delivery due to current situation. The pizza was extremely fresh and hot and they staff member that delivered the food to us made sure it was to our liking. Super friendly guy!
