My workers at Days Inn order from this place quite often. They never have any real issues with the Pocahontas store. The drivers are very nice, polite, and friendly...and on time!
Always an issue at this particular store! Orders not right, short staffed every time so a 25min wait time (what it says online) turns into an hour and a half for PICK UP! NOT EVEN DELIVERY, they never answer the phones. Really thinking they just need new management who can handle their employees and the stress that comes with fast paced work environments.
I've had basic problems nothing much. Today took the cake though. We ordered our food and decided to pick it up. I went in they did not have correct change that's ok but when you ask the customer to go get change while you have 3 employees sitting in the dining area that's messed up. You could have given a comp. Corporate will be hearing about this.nnUpdated. Just ordered again today. After talking to the owner last time, I figured give it another shot. What do you know my order was messed up again. I'll no longer be a customer.nnUpdated 11/18/2020nStill can't even make things right. Order at 1149 am for carryout, dominoes tracker said 13 minutes, arrived at the store at 1210, order hadn't even been put in the oven yet, tracker then restarted said it would be ready at 1220, finally come out of the oven at 1239 pm, then they gave me my order and another person's order on accident and I let them know they gave me another customer's order and they took it back out of my car (I'm a covid nurse) and gave it to the proper customer, so there was never any actually contact less carryout... extremely disappointed, will never go back to Pocahontas, AR store again.
There was only 2 employees working. I tried calling to order the pizza and it would ring then go to Verizon Wireless number unavailable. The employee that boxed the pizzas was a little slow but tried keeping a good paste. Had to order online before going to the restaurant to receive the pizza. I think extra employees was needed for the start of dinner rush and the phone reconnected for those that doesn’t have internet
