We had Knight Resources paint all our wood trim outside of house (vinyl siding). They did a WONDERFUL and professional job. I see a very negative review and for Knight Resources and my thought is this, there is always two sides to every story. We highly recommend Knight Resources without any reservations.

I used these guys to paint my house back in June when getting ready to sell it; they were referred to my by my realtor. Here's the scoop:nn* They squeezed us into an already very busy schedule. They were sympathetic to our situation (it was a last-second thing)..n* They did a GREAT job. Made my house look brand new. They also were very careful about the cleaning up afterward. Left it all very tidy.n* They stayed firm on their estimate. They even did some 'extra' for us without charging.n* They found some rotten wood and fixed it very quickly, very effectively and charged only a small amount for the increase in scope.n* The owner, Patrick, came out and surveyed the job after it was done. I thought it looked great, but he was very nit-picky/perfectionist and made his guys come back to rectify a couple of very, very minor issues. He wanted it done without flaw.n* The crew were very polite and professional.n* The pricing was very reasonable.n* The only thing that kept them from being absolutely perfect in my opinion was that some weather got in the way of starting the job, and they were a bit tardy communicating the revised plan. BUT only a bit tardy.nnI recommend them without reservation.

We had our home painted over a year ago. They were professional, courteous, and did an awesome job. We are hiring them again to paint a rental house we own.

We hired them to paint our house. They required a 50% deposit. They never showed up for the job or contacted us. I contacted them 10 days after they were to start and they told me they would not refund our money. There was nothing about this in the contract. We have tried various ways to get our money back, but after 6 weeks, still do not have it. This experience has been terrible and we had to take legal action.
