Family Dollar

Only wanted A1 sauce and they had it and there was a coupon for a dollar off online.

If I could put zero stars I would. Showed up at 8:15 am Tuesday. Doors were locked and I knocked for awhile. Their hours state they open at 8 am. Two people(white girl and white guy) came to the front and ignored me. Tried to get thier attention to unlock the door but they wouldnt and the guy argued with me. Poor customer service. Yall need new management and more training.

An employee bumbed into me while I was shopping at this location and they refused to apologize. I later discovered that this was the store manager. A few moments later I asked a question about a price check and he refused to assist me but I'd observed him assisting another shopper of the opposite race. Racists shouldn't be allowed to manage in the black community.

I went to this store for two things and they didn't have either (motrin or the generic brand motrin & feminine wash). Now how you not gone have both of the things somebody is looking for (now one thing is normal but both come on now). They had containers on the floor with the store product in them but just hadn't put it up on the shelves yet. Two employees was sitting up there horseplaying with other (a week ago around Valentine's day). I ask this black female employee was that all the Valentine day stuff for the kids (the day before valentine day), and she said yes and continued horseplaying with her employee as if i wasn't talking to her. They need to get a whole new staff....

Its was ok just a little slow that's all.
