I picked contact less delivery. Driver knocked and was waiting outside door. No mask.nnIts a pandemic guys. Do better.
2 hours later no pizza. We called an hour ago and they clearly forgot to make our order. We just called and they said it’s delivered. We opened the door, no pizza. Nothing.nnThey won’t refund us. They won’t admit their mistake.
Manager was unprofessional and rude. Telling me that I placed the wrong order and wanted to charge me more for the correct order. She even hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Take your money somewhere else. Pizza Hut need to review their Manager training. Zero Star!
A 5 on fast service! But a 1 on fully cooked pizza... I literally thought this was Dominoes.nNext time I’ll wait a lil longer! Just cook my pizza!
Today we had ordered a pizza to be delivered by 630. They delivered it to us an hour early. We called the store and they had argued with us saying that 530 was correct even though the employee earlier confirmed to is twice that 630 was good. We paid nearly $100 for pizza and received poor customer service and the mangement telling us that we made the mistake. I work hard for my money and this was a celebration for us but instead she argued and wanted to charge us more for new pizza. This is by far the worst customer service I had experienced with any pizza place. She also hung up on me before I had a chance to finish my sentence. All I wanted was for my pizza to be delivered in time so it wasn't cold.
