Ordered pizzas at 5:30 to be delivered at ten. Called at 9 and asked if we could get them as soon as they could do. Girl on the phone talked to the manager and said yes. Fast foward to 11:20 when I was finally able to get free only to realize my employees had no pizza (that I already paid for). Called and the girl told me the driver followed the delivery instructions and also knocked on the door and got no response. Told her the front door is staffed and unlocked so how can that be. I asked why they didn't call if they had trouble... she said the driver called and the store called a when he got back, I said I have no missed calls, she said well we called. Then proceeded to tell me that the online system was having problems so maybe they did not get the order or maybe the info was wrong.... I called at 9 and confirmed the order and the address!!!nNever again with this location! Really poor service and full of contradicting excuses.

Placed an order at 11:00 and location says they close at midnight. It’s after hours and location is closed. Never got my order or my refund. Called the support line and refused to assist me with my refund of the order and insisted to contact driver. Horrible experience. Never got my money back and nobody at the location ever picks up. Awful experience. Never again.

Don't expect your food on time. And expect a 10-30 minute wait for anyone to respond when you show up.

*your meat doesn't seem like meat*nnThe mobile and desktop app are way too prone to errors. Called in to order because of continuing errors, couldn't give me the same deal over the phone, offered to have me phone a call center and see if they would give me the deal.... seriously? I just wanted some pizza, why should it matter how I contact you?nnPlus your meat doesn't seem like meat... Kind of a gross spongey mass :(nnToo processed, have to add extra everything just to get normal toppings/sauces, delivery charges, etc.nnCustomer lost.
