It's better than the rest but still could be better at conviencing the workers. They basically want you to waste your gas, show up and hope you get a job. There is NO guarantee that you will work. When you try to call in at 5:55am to put you down as available they will simply tell you to come in. Although there is a contact number the women there will work with you to a certain extent but like I say there is NO guarantee and that sucks after you wasted gas and time and labor finders do not care. If you can find other employment I definitely would take offer
I tell everyone about this place. I moved here from Louisiana recently and was working the day after I applied and every day since. Desiree and Ashley are always friendly and professional as well as demonstrate daily how much they care about and are personally invested in the success of every employee. They are truly both assets to Labor Finders.
