I have ordered pasta bread bowls in the past with no problem but this franchise now refuses to fix them because it's not on the menu or they have no way to charge. Most employees know how to make the pasta bread bowls and would simply charge a couple of dollars extra on top of the pasta bowl. Domino's [or at least this store and/or its manager(s)] doesn't accommodate the customer's needs or wants!nMy current order was a chicken alfredo pasta bowl, cheesy sticks, and a medium pizza and it was satisfactory.
I would give zero if I could. Called for a delivery order After many phone calls and was assured my order was on the way Originally told 20 min and then an hour. After an hour and a half I spoke to the supervisor Kyle .He stated that he had called and left a message that stated they did not deliver to my location at a local KOA campground. i never got the the message. He blamed the mix up on a new employee and offered no apology I love Domino’s pizza but this example of customer service is deplorable.
Online ordering no problem getting the curbside delivery took 15 minutes after arrival and confirmation. I am sure dinner will be colder than I prefer. Never mind COVID-19 I will just head inside. Btw I was able to write all this after I had already waited 15 minutes, it is now 20 minutes still no pizza.
Fast service food above average sure beats most other chain operations
Their pizzas are always great and delicious and they have always done my orders right the first time
