Do not order from store #110 on AR-107. I ordered tonight and it took 80 minutes for my order. Then when it got here the order was cold and my pizza was missing the most basic component of a pizza...the sauce!!! Like no kidding. The boneless wings weren’t cooked through either. I wouldn’t have left a review but this location CONTINUES to disappoint. The only reason I gave this place another try is because the website chooses the location nearest the delivery site. Never again...I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes away.

We ordered a big box and there is no wings in the box. There is a big gaping hole in the middle of the big box where the wings go. And then we discovered that the cheese bread wasn't even cut AT ALL. All of it was cold. We also had a thin crust bbq pizza that was overcooked and extremely dry. Without a doubt, the worst bbq pizza I have ever payed for. COME ON PIZZA HUT. This was a 50 dollar order and we put together an 18 dollar tip for the driver. They brought us another big box after another hour, which I appreciate. But we will not be ordering from here again. Little Ceaser's would have been a better option.

I ordered online at 6:48 pm. A large pizza and a mountain dew. It said my order would be ready at 7:10. I finally got my order at 7:37. Several other customers had been waiting between 45 minutes and an hour for food.nnOnly reason I'm giving it two stars is because the gentleman who helped me at the pickup window was super nice and apologetic. To be clear, I don't blame the staff, but management needs to staff appropriately.nnThe food was edible, but not great.

Called to place an order, phone was answered “hold please” proceeded to wait on hold for 12 minutes. My call was never answered. Arrived at store. Nobody was on the phone. There was another customer in the building picking up an order. Employees (including manager) were standing around in the back talking amongst each other. I requested to speak to the manager (while wearing my mask). Manager proceeds to say “ma’am you need to leave the building, you can’t be here because of covid.( The other customer was allowed to stay). I said okay, how am I going to place my order? I just called and my phone call was never answered.” He proceeds to threaten me with cops to remove me from the building. I would like the general manager to contact me about this very disrespectful employee-who has been given the title of manager.

I've been to this location a few times... With each visit, I was hopeful that the product I was handed would be decent. Unfortunately, there was always either too much cheese, too much sauce, or not made to order... The staff have always been friendly, however, I was never satisfied with what I paid for. There are better - cheaper - alternatives, locally.
