Great overall service and price. I called them on a Sunday morning and they were out in a short amount of time, even though it was non-emergency service. They were super quick, efficient, and happy with the overall price. Tech gave me a couple of different options to fix the problem and didn't hard sell me on the expensive choice. No extra charge for Sunday service. I was very pleased and grateful for the honest and outstanding services.
The technician was super helpful when I had to replace the deadbolt lock in my condo. He is quick to respond, reasonably priced, and really cares about the quality of service. He was very accommodating with working around my schedule to install the lock, and even advised me on a specific type of lock to order that was a better quality to secure my unit. It's hard to find trustworthy people for this type of service. Superb!!
This is by far the best locksmith I know because I've used a few and their prices are half the prices of other place is practically. They're fast friendly professional and I had a issue with my key one time a couple days after and they came promptly out to fix it trust me the only locksmith you want to use. These locksmiths were super awesome!!! This is the third time they have helped us over the past six years. We have a fourth car garage that has no outside access. My brother parked his car in the garage and he left the remote in the car and closed the garage door with the button on the wall. So the car and the remote were locked in the garage. They came to our rescue. They took care of it in 15 minutes and we were set to go!! Thank you so much for the awesome services!!
Need My Locksmith came today and re-keyed our shop. He made suggestions on how we could save some money in the process, and just provided a lot of common sense ideas for our needs. He was on time and was fair about the pricing. The pricing was very fair and affordable to me. They were very fair and good guys to work with. I would highly recommend and call them next time I need any keys or locks.
