Bought a new car from them about two weeks ago, I bought the car with a update needed and being told I can come in whenever to fix it. I made an appointment to get it fixed and fix my wheel wells that weren’t screwed down when I bought it. I sat there for almost two hours to be told they don’t have the tools to fix what needs to be done. They didn’t even put screws in the wheel well after two hours of having it. Complete and utter waste of time. Not to mention the obstacles I had to go through when buying the car. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. 0 stars

12:30-3:30 wait for a oil change and a tire leak check. Checked wrong tire, then had to check the correct tire after all the waiting. No repairs were made. Now is low again at 6:15. Called at 10:30 to make an appointment. I was told they would call me back after I gave them my name and phone number. No call. So, I went up there to not have the services done properly. Very Disappointed... I should've taken the extra time to drive somewhere else. Ended up going to Crain Hyundai of Conway where I purchased the vehicle. Called them. They heard what happened and took my vehicle back the moment I pulled in the service center and took care of the the issue I was experiencing and apologized for their partner company's mistakes.

Jordan and his team went above and beyond to be sure that my family and I had a great experience while selecting our vehicle. It was the difference that let us decide on Hyundai vs other dealerships.

I always have a good experience at Crain Hyundai! The Service Department is helpful and respectful of my time.

UPDATE: Contrary to what Crain Hyundai preciously commented on my post, no one has attempted to get in contact with me.nnMy experience indicates that you should do whatever you can to avoid this dealership, especially if your reason for seeking them out has to do with servicing your car. Needless to say, barring some incredible gesture on their part, I will never be a customer of this dealership again, and moreover will never purchase a Hyundai again while advising all of my peers & family to do the same. My experience has been comprised of five parts.nnFirst, my Hyundai Sonata’s engine broke down. I pulled over on I40 and was taken to this location because it was closer to where my car broke down than the Little Rock Crain Hyundai. The engine was on recall and so I got it replaced free of charge. I had no problems at this point.nnSecond, about twenty minutes after picking up the Sonata from the dealership after its engine had been replaced, the car broke down again: this time it broke down at a busy intersection off 430. The hood blew open, there was smoking emitting from it, and oil drenched the asphalt underneath my car. It turns out that, in installing a different engine, they somehow messed up the transmission, resulting in the breakdown shortly after I picked up my car: they admitted to the transmission issue being the result of their botched engine installation, and thus offered to fix it and provide me with a loaner car free of charge.nnThird, about 20 minutes after I picked up the free loaner car (same day as the above breakdown at a busy intersection), it too stopped working: thankfully this time it stopped working in a parking lot as opposed to a busy intersection. I was stranded (hence had to cancel plans) until I managed to get through to the dealership’s general manager (not an easy task at this dealership, where being put on hold for prolonged periods of time is not infrequent), who sent me a different loaner car to use.nnFourth, shortly after I got the new loaner car, I found that they forgot to put a license plate on it before sending it out to me: I thus had to drive the loaner back the next day to get a license plate on it, risking getting pulled over by the police during that time.nnAnd fifth, I picked up my car again after the transmission issue had been allegedly fixed, and the car had been allegedly inspected/test-driven. There was two issues. On the one hand, the car had an incessant rattling and creaking noise that arose about ten minutes into driving which was not there before Crain Hyundai of North Little Rock did work on it. Needless to say, I went to the Little Rock Crain Hyundai instead to get this new issue inspected/resolved: it turns out that the technicians at North Little Rock Crain (1) forgot to install certain bolts and (2) left other bolts loose. They acknowledged that they did this, and thus are paying for the associated repairs.nnAnd on the other hand, whoever was test driving my car/working on it didn’t have the consideration to not make the inside of my car needlessly dirty: there’s gross black stains freckled across the roof/side of the driver side (presumably car grease); it’s a small issue but, c’mon, you couldn’t have just cleaned up your mess?nnI appreciate them doing the bare minimum of giving me loaner cars while they fixed a problem they caused, and also not charging me for repairing two different problems that, again, they caused. However, having my car break down as it did on a busy intersection off 430 was dangerous, and having my loaner car break down the same day was frustrating (not to mention the fact that they forgot certain bolts while repairing a problem they caused, and the car grease stains inside of my car). I don’t know if the dealership’s bad service is a matter of how the dealership is managed or of the incompetence of personnel in the service department: I’m sure that both play a role; however, my guess is that the latter is the bigger problem, as it is the height of incompetence to cause the exact type of problems you ostensibly specialize in solving.
