I had a great experience with Crain Kia in Sherwood - namely salesmen Blake Ziegler and Sean Jenkins. They worked with us to seal a deal and are so pleasant and easy to work with. I drive a hard bargain (LOL) but these guys were unwavering in their desire to help us get what we wanted. Once we agreed on everything, we were in/out in less than an hour. A manager called me later to make sure we had a good experience. Great customer service! Kudos to Blake, Sean and Crain Kia!

Bought a car there and was supposed to have 2 years free oil changes and tire rotations. And low and behold its not in the computer. Looked at contract and its not there either. Then I find where they put in contract that I have a 100 deductible for service work. That was not marked on the contract I signed. It had to be marked after the fact.... I would say my experience is they are shifty....very shifty...

My full review is posted on their Facebook page and other sites.They weren't focused on helping me, but more so blackballing me. They even took the new car back while giving mines back to me. They were focused on my husband money and he wasn't even at the dealership physically. His name wasn't on the paperwork, or was his information at all used. Supervisory special agent in charge scare you so bad then you should have just declined services. You can tell from the way I was treated so poorly that their intention was to not sell me anything but to trick me into thinking they were going to sell me the car.

I am from Fort Smith and found the car I wanted online here at Sherwood. Called the dealership and had Jerry Smart as my salesman. He almost made the buying process too easy! Worked out the whole deal over the phone and they had the car delivered to me the next day. All we had to do was sign the papers. Talk about service! Would definitely recommend Jerry and Crain Kia Sherwood to anyone.

Had a great experience at Crain Kia of Sherwood today. Worked with Blake Ziegler to get hooked up with a 2020 Toyota Forerunner. He was great with us and really helped us get the best deal we could. Thanks Blake and thanks Crain Kia!
