My husband purchased a vehicle from them in bryant and was very happy. So I was going to to do the same only to find out that they will not sell to the same house household. Very disappointing. I understand you have your policies but that was a guaranteed sale you just lost.

I had two cars from JD Byrider in the past five years. This program and Brooke Rex worked with me to ensure that I always had transportation. I stayed with the program, paid on time and their reporting to the credit bureau helped to improve my credit score. I currently just purchased a new 2020 vehicle due the overhaul of credit and my exceptional payment history with JD Byrider.

ok I had this car 4 months never late they were to ach payment in my contract they didnt even try to take payment the day they tell me it was 2 days late AT SAME TIME THEY WERE REPOING MY CAR NOW I PAID A BIG DOWN PAYMENT 2500 240 BI WEEKLY FOR 4 MONTHS DURING THE COVID REMIND YOU NOW THEY WANT YOU TO PAY THE WHOLE CAR OFF 13000 TO GET IT BACK THEY ROB ME OF ALL MY BACK PAY FROM UNEMPLOYMENT AND GONNA DOUBLE THEIR MONEY I WILL NOT STOP TILL I GET THE GOVENOR TO PASS A BILL THAT YOU NEED TO BE A CERTAIN AMOUNT LATE BEFORE THEY TAKE IT WITH OPTION TO PAY WHAT IS LATE

This place and the people are a true blessing to us. They pulled for me when I didnt have a chance. They are compassionate and actually give a damn about their customers. I could not have asked for more out of this company. Thank u j.d. by buy rider I truly love yall.

Highly unhappy with jd byrider. I get into a lemon car they sold me every day for a month I had issues then I get into another vehicle and I'm having problems they now wont fix because they all of a sudden cant see the problem. This dealership is a joke I wouldn't go and get a car with them. If so your car will be in the shop the same month. Dont waist your 2000 like I did. Coming from an angry black customer.
