Went late at night, food was fresh for the time of day, but we had two mobile orders and the person running the window gave me part of each order, and I had to remind them of the other parts of the order.
This McDonald's never gets your order correct. They are very rude when you tell them they left food out or received an wrong item. Top it off, since they are drive thru only right now, we have to go get back in line to get our order corrected. Then by the time we go through that ordeal, our dang food is cold! If you order large fries, they give you large box halfway filled. God forbid if you ask for extra ketchup. This is our last resort McDonald's. The ElPaso McDonald's has the best customer service! Never had a problem with them! Maybe this McDonald's needs to go get some pointer from them.
Food is typical McDonald's. The attendant at the first window was wearing her mask on her chin. I politely asked her to cover her nose and mouth. She pulled up her mask with a ton of attitude. Girl at the second window had mask below her nose. We'll be skipping all Sherwood McDonald's from now on.
This particular McDonald's has never gotten my order wrong and it's always hot and fresh. Plus the workers are great as well!
Good location. It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting when you come here. This rating is for the employees being curtious, food being made fresh, and not a long wait
