This is my favorite Starbucks to stop by on my way to work. The staff is super friendly and they recognize their regulars and their orders. Makes me smile to know that after weeks of not stopping in they still recognize me and acknowledge me whether they’re busy or not.
Fast and friendly
Did an online order a few days ago. When I went to pick it up after I waited 5 min, I was told they were out of non-fat milk. Today, I waited in the drive-thru for 20 min only for them to tell me they were out of white chocolate mocha syrup. Really? Get it together, Starbucks on JFK and North Hills.
I UPDATE THIS REVIEW EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS STARBUCKS. This review obviously is ignored because nothing changes! Happening for months!!! Get new management! This is slowest drive thru I have EVER been in! Consistently either understaffed or under motivated to serve customers efficiently. It is absolutely unbelievable! And once you get stuck in the line there is no getting out! PLEASE address this issue. It is almost faster to drive 3 miles to the next one than to come here. They have one of the BEST locations in the city and they obviously do not value that or the MANY people who make their job secure. Step it up folks or hire some more people.
The employee Alyssa was completely rude and mumbled the whole thing but then raised her voice for being on the phone. Not only that but she also messed up my order and then tried to correct me when I told her she got my order wrong.
