The manger Kilo has absolutely no customer service skills or common sense.ud83dude44 he tried to argue with me that the THREE extra pumps of caramel drizzle I ordered, dissolved into my ICED coffee because they stirred it ud83dude02ud83dude02 then he brought me a cup of a teaspoon of caramel. I turned the cup upside down & in room temperature air, the caramel didn’t budge! So how would it have melted and dissolved in a cold drink? And if they added the three extra pumps, why did the coffee taste sugar free?nnSecondly I didn’t ask anyone to stir it. I wanted it DRIZZLED on the sides.nnCommon sense ain’t common.

IT WAS GOOD BUT HAD TO WAIT AND PULL FORWARD FOR A #3 STANDARD ORDER OF A QUARTER POUNDER, FRIES, AND A DRINK...AND THE DRINK WAS ONLY 3/4 FULL....

I wish google maps would let you record videos of horrible service and post it. Photos don’t do any justice for these reviews. Placed an order with mobile-pay on 2 separate occasions and both experiences were horrible. On this occasion nobody acknowledged me at the speaker for about 5 minutes. Finally I told my uber driver to pull up to the window and it took another 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Waited Another 10 Minutes For My Order To Be Completed, cashier walked off before I could ask for napkins and ketchup. I just decided to tell my uber driver to drive off. This is putiful.

I deliver some for DoorDash and PostMates.nAny time I see an order for this location, I hit cancel.nYou can call this place and they just let the phone ring, give it a try, their mailbox is full because they do this all the time.nThey're rude. They won't acknowledge you, and then tell you that you need to speak to them.nI'd give no stars if I could
