Called the number specified but the line that it gave me was not helpful in the least cause it made me call another line to try and leave a message but once that line was done talking it just hangs up and you cant leave a message giant waste of frustrating time

Always helpful and accurate. So very glad they got a new phone system..now can reach people and/or leave message efficiently.

I'm confused on why they even have a phone number when everytime I've called no one answers the phone. Is this a place you can only deal with in person?

I just spent days compling information Diane told me to, on a broken computer just to find the email she gave me doesn't work. I'll try calling back. When open. Ugh
