Think back to the simplest transaction in your life. Now make it 100x more simple and that’s how easy it is to rent a unit here. The warm friendly service made me feel as if I were on my own personal cloud surrounded by unicorns, Mountain Dew, and of course, storage. If I wasn’t moving to Illinois I’d rent a unit out and live in it. I’ll be sending the owner a Facebook invite to grandmas house for cookies. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
The customer service Taylor provided was excellent - both as I sourced the best storage facility and after I decided to lease a unit from West Little Rock Storage Taylor's positive vibe made me forget how much work I had ahead of me! He was open about pricing and specials which made my decision that much easier. I wholeheartedly recommend WLRS to anyone in need of a smooth, safe storage process.
I love it here. First off the customer service is superb! Me Taylor is very straight forward and super friendly and great to be around. The area is safe and you wouldn’t need to worry about any break in. The price is super duper affordable in my case and it’s worth coming here. You will have an awesome experience.
Have used West Little Rock Storage many times over the past 10 years. It is the only storage center I will consider. Taylor has always been easy to work with and extremely helpful. Great place!
