After reading all of the glowing reviews for Chenal Storage Center, I knew it would be well-run and customer needs were being met. I visited the Center today and was warmly greeted by the Manager Susan Pack. I felt at home with Susan as we discussed the kind of unit I needed. I wasn't sure of the size and Susan showed me two different units and I was able to choose the right one. I have a POD that will be delivered and Susan determined the best location on the lot where the POD could be placed adjacent to the unit. The location is convenient, pricing very reasonable, the grounds were clean, well maintained and secure. Thank you Susan.

Best on site manager around!! That would be Susan! This lady is fantastic and is a workaholic and so so very helpful. I've currently rented 5 units from her at this well run, super clean, convenient facility, plus used her free box truck to move some stuff in. Great truck too!! Might pay a little more here( but not much; believe me I checked around) but you get so much more in how well its run and the feeling of security. Have seen no signs of pests or rodents or leaks. Can't go wrong folks using this place. Whole process was easy peasey mainly due to Susan!!

I called several times for information before making a decision. They were always courteous and prompt in their response. I am happy that the location is closer to my home so I can bring any additional items over as needed. The rates were competitive. Overall a great option.

We had a great experience with Chenal Storage. Susan, the manager, was professional, very helpful, and wonderful to work with. We used their truck to help us move our things into storage, and it was clean and well kept. The storage unit was also very clean. We would highly recommend!

Susan and all the staff have been extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The property is gated; in addition, the manager lives on site, and that adds to the confidence I have that my belongings are safe. The prices for the units are competitive with other storage facilities I have used or visited, and are clean and dry due in large part to the very effective drainage system. I do not hesitate to give a 5 star rating to Chenal Storage Center and its employees.nnTeresa Colleen Whitt-Hickman
