Not good. I go here all the time because its close to my house and the food used to be good. Now their tracker doesn't work and they don't let you know that it is inaccurate. I was told my order was on its way at 1:05. I had to call at 1:40 and I was told it just left the store and the tracker needs to be updated... this is the second time it has happened. Last week I ordered i had to call the store because I was told by the tracker that my order was on the way after I waited 45 minutes. The first time no one said anything about the tracker needs to be updated. I STILL ended up ordering last night but this time I picked it up. The email told me my order would be ready at 845. I got there waited in line 10 minutes and my wings were cold. I just hope they understand and will get it right! I love wing Wednesday ud83dude0b
It was supposed to be a three topping pizza. This store was very slow and gave very little toppings. Also made me wait another 25 minutes.
If I could give it a zero I would they were 30 minutes late for my delivery order then when I called some chick named kya answered the phone and just sat the phone down while i was asking her where my pizza was! Worst customer service i have ever had dont waste ur time ordering from this location!
They don’t follow Covid guidelines. The guy on drive thru did not have mask. The two other employees inside had taken their mask off.nAlso this was the worst pizza we had ever
The order was almost ready when arriving. It would have been but a new person was cooking and cut 1 of the pizzas where 2 of the slices flipped over and the toppings came off so they fixed me a new one and gave me the messed up one. Very friendly and personable.
