I had an Appointment for 8:30 which she was late to, I was understanding of that but when it was time to get my hair did I showed her a picture of what I wanted as well as sent her the picture to her phone. I was told that what I wanted would be 200. When she was done with my hair, what I wanted was not what I received. I paid extra for length and they were short and they were skinny with big parts. NEVER WILL I COME BACK, NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!ud83eudd2c

As soon as I walked in, the oldest lady got angry.nShe was angry that I didn’t mention that I was natural over the phone.nThe issue that I have is that she didn’t ask for that information, she didn’t ask for my name when I made the appointment, and she didn’t ask for the length of my hair. That wasn’t normal, but I figured it would be a non-issue since she didn’t ask.nnLet me leave a few words of enlightenment to the eldest lady.nWhen you speak badly of your customers because of mistakes that you’ve made, it ultimately shines a light of ill will upon yourself. When you speak in a language that you assume that your customer does not know to down that customer, it sheds a negative light upon yourself.nWhen you substantially overcharge a customer because you became angry at a situation that you could have prevented, it paints you as evil.nWhen you do a customer’s hair intentionally wrong just because you’re angry, it brings down your reputation.nYou really called me that word, that won’t mention, but just know that I know what it means.
