The trainers are very helpful with all workout related questions. They have shorter group class times which is great for beginners (again), like me. Plus, the hydro massage bed is great!

It's outrageous that this gym is advocating for reopening when COVID cases are the highest they’ve ever been. This gym is surrounded by a large community of color; pushing for a reopening when this community is one of the largest demographics that's been impacted by COVID is extremely insensitive. Instead of urging Kate Brown for a reopening you should urge for proper funding for small businesses!nnThere is no doubt that some people use the gym as a way to improve their mental and emotional wellness, but this company is using mental health as a reason to make profit -- when they do little to nothing to ADVOCATE for mental health.

For only $10 a Month it's a great gym. It was a little out of the way for me so I had to change gyms but if it was closer to where I live I would sign back up in a heart beat. For $20 a Month you can bring a guest every time you visit so if you have a spouse or friends who like to work out it's a great deal.

Been coming here for almost a year. Can’t say enough positive things to describe how much i love it here.
