Point of service was great. Salesman was friendly and very helpful. But if you are looking for after sale service you might as well forget it. Scheduled an appointment to get my new car that I had just purchased to get detailed. I waited all day for them to tell me they didn’t get it scheduled and that they sold a lot of cars that day that went in front. No mind that I purchased my brand new Jeep one week previous to scheduled appointment. Still have not even been contacted after the incident and they were very aware of how unsatisfied I was. Will not be buying another vehicle from there. I will drive two hours back to my hometown where service after sale is shown importance.

Good evening,nnI am already approved for a loan through my bank, and I came to Steve Landers three weeks ago because of one vehicle on your lot, a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie, red in color, with 90k miles. Now Marcel Jefferson has sold my aunt and my mother a car, so I definitely went straight to him for assistance. He told me the truck wasn't there and out on loan, and to call on the following Monday.nnI called and was told that someone else got the truck. I waived it off as bad timing. To my surprise though, just a week later the truck shows up on you all's site. I called to speak with a sales manager and was later put in contact with Shawn, a sales manager.nnHe told me that it was out on loan and that I'd get a call back that coming Saturday morning. I actually waited to see if that call would happen and it didn't. I called that Saturday evening to speak to Shawns boss, Laura, who just so happens to be over customer relations. What's even crazier is that I called and left two messages with her and ive heard nothing back.nnI came to the dealership yesterday and found out that the truck was there, but I had to wait for it to be detailed. This was supposed to take an hour. Asia, who has been super helpful, told me that I can come back the following day. So I made an 11am appointment with her. I called her to let her know I couldn't make it and the truck still wasn't put in for a detailing. Which further let me know that this dealership is the last place I wish to use my money.nnI have had to deal with being lied to three times, piss poor customer service, and feeling like my money is no good at your dealership. Then when I did make an offer of $28k for the truck, I was told that the internet price is a set price that can't be adjusted, and that the truck is worth more. I almost want someone to break that down for me if I'm someone who walked up and saw the truck. Are you quoting them the real price or internet price, I digress. I'm an upset, and unhappy customer, and no one from management batted an eye at me. Bri and Asia deserve every customer service award you all have, and the rest should be retrained by these ladies or better yet, let go.nnIf anyone of importance reads this, please know that even though I'm just one person that Steve Landers could careless about, which has shown in your customer service, or lack there of, but I came to you all wanting to give you money for three weeks and no one had any real answer for me until late in the game and even then the ball was dropped. So lets look at me as a dollar sign. I am $30k + that will not get spent with your dealership today, tomorrow or ever, and I really hope for your businesses sake that this doesn't happen again, then that's more $ walking away from your dealership.nnPlease do better. I found these guys online and did a confirm availability the day Before Labor Day. It was a Sunday night, and Zach Alan got back to me right away. We exchanged some text that night and it was a done deal come Monday morning. The whole process was smooth, and Zach was outstanding. I flew into Little Rock to pick up the car and they had it ready for me and all I had to do was sign some papers. This was a great experience, never hesitate. Great customer service all around.

When I say they are AMAZING they truly are!!!! I don’t even know where to begin. I went in frustrated with everything going on (personal) and I just couldn’t have my car messing up on me but it was and I brought my car in and they had the best customer service!!!! I mean they were patient and understanding and by the time I was finished I felt so good!! Bob Cozatt and Ian I want to say Thank you so very much for all of your help!!! You guys are AWESOME!! If you are looking for a car, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! They will not let you down. If I could give more stars I definitely would!!

Had an amazing experience upon purchasing my 2020 Scatpack Charger. No BS at all. Everyone there was helpful and personable. They get things done and communicate extremely effectively! I came in from out of state and I can say you’ve earned my business. I know where to go if I ever need anything else in the future! Quick and smooth process.
