I cannot say enough about my experience with David at Owens Murphy Land Rover. David is amazing and went out of his way to accommodate my crazy schedule. This was the easiest vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. I chose Owens Murphy even thought it was 2 hours farther than the closest Land Rover Dealership because of their stellar service and professionalism. I will absolutely be purchasing from David again! I rarely post reviews but I could not pass up the chance to talk my amazing experience with Matt at Owens Murphy Land Rover in Little Rock. I must say, things did not start off so great. My husband and I were searching for an anniversary gift for me and visited this dealership on 4 separate occasions but were basically ignored by the same salesmen who were standing around outside each time. We found a car that I absolutely loved online and I decided to go by the dealership one last time to check it out. Matt greeted me at my car and was extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point during my visit and although he knew that I was interested in one specific car, Matt made sure that was able to thoroughly check out other (less expensive) cars that I inquired about. This allowed me to purchase my dream car (the original one that I found online) without second guessing my decision. Dustin in finance was awesome as well. The unrivaled service and professionalism that I experienced from these gentlemen completely changed my perception of this dealership and my new Range Rover is absolutely stunning!!!
Matt is the best salesman. He is so nice and accommodating. The whole process was so easy for me and even when I needed something last minute, he made it happen. I will definitely buy from him again! Great job with him Range Rover!
All of the staff here are very professional and friendly. We dealt with Joey Gregory, David Arnold and Tristan. It was a great sales experience and we would DEFINITELY do business with them again! We recommend this business for your new/used car needs.
We purchased our Land Rover from DAVID ARNOLD a few months ago and he’s still taking care of us.nIt was the best experience we’ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle!! He made it so easy and it wasn’t long before I was driving my dream ride home. He is most knowledgeable about the different models and it made choosing easier. If you want an honest salesman, David Arnold is who you need to see. I’ve had to reach out to him with a few questions over the past couple of months and he always responds within the hour. I Know he’s the one Brian and I want to take care of our vehicle needs FOR LIFE.
