Dealing with the sales department was amazing. My salesman Jeff was excellent and got the deal done in an afternoon for me so I could drive off in my new car the same day. He's called several times since then to make sure I'm happy with my car and to check in. I couldn't speak any more highly of this part of the experience. I did have a few minor hiccups with paperwork after the same, but when I brought it to their attention it was handled quickly and they kept me informed the entire time. I’ll definitely buy another car from them in the future.

My representative was BJ Henry.....of the more than 20 yrs I’ve owned a Benz, professionalism with Mr. Henry was by far the best. I was in one day and out the next with my vehicle fully serviced with major work. His responsiveness to my concerns and calls are beyond reproach. A job well done..... in the event I need to return he will be my service advisor. Thank you Mercedes Benz for caring and supporting this veteran!!!

I had an amazing experience. The sales person (Jamie) was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy like most sales people and was extremely patient with me throughout the whole process. There should be more sales people like her!

I've been a loyal, satisfied customer since 1998 and the service I received today from Jeremiah Brown was everything I have come to expect from Mercedes-Benz of Little Rock. When I had a minor warranty issue I brought it to Jeremiah's attention and he was empathetic, attentive and anxious to make things right. He made me feel not only that the dealership valued my business but that my satisfaction was a top priority. Thank you, Jeremiah Brown, for your devotion to excellent customer service!

I went for a service today. They charged me $340 for a simple oil change and checking my car's tires pressure, which I think way expensive, though, I agreed to pay for this. However, I asked how long will it take for my car to be ready? The guy said there are two cars in front of you and it will take one and half hour for your car service, so total of three hours. I asked if he could provide me with a vehicle so I can go home during this time. He said they don't have one available and there is no shuttle service either, which I thought was rude. I had to call my husband to come and take me home . He came in 15 minutes and it took us another 15 minutes to reach home. As soon as we arrived home, I received a text message that my car is ready for pick up! Hence, either the guy who told me 3 hours, never checked with the mechanics or the mechanics did not perform any service.nI believe Mercedes shall stand for quality of service and customer care, which I think was lacking during this visit.
