We have been shopping for a Honda Pilot for a few weeks. I had my heart set on a certain color, but none were available in the state. Darrel Taylor helped us find the exact one we were looking for and we purchased it. Everyone we encountered at McLarty was very nice & professional making us feel right at home. Darrel worked hard, sometimes after hours to answer our questions and work with us to find the one we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase and the Honda Pilot. Great buying experience.

General maintenance of a vehicle including an oil change and tire rotation took twice as long as projected and cost over 200% of the quoted price (after the sales representative applied a discount). I didn’t have a problem with the cost overall, but the expectation vs. reality was not equitable. I recommend training your staff in advising the customer of all costs associated with the service up front, and keep the customer updated with any potential delays in service.nnThe actual work conducted was up to standards, and your service techs deserve recognition for their quality work.nnOverall I was not impressed and will not likely return to your service department.

Excellent service and experience. Highly recommend. They have a comfortable and spacious lounge to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. I really appreciated the detailed maintenance report sent to my smart phone that itemized every action taken. Again, highly recommend.

Ethan in service is amazing!!!!!. Anytime I need my car serviced and I’m in town this will be my place to go!! I recommend friends, family, and strangers!! I’m not sure how everyone else is there but Ethan is the go to guy!! Oh and I can’t forget, it’s a short white lady who loves going to the lake, she’s so nice and friendly!! I have never bought a car using the unusual method I was forced to utilize. I first looked at pictures and videos on the dealership website and my daughter, Erica, actually shopped for the car for me on the lot. She is the one who touched base with Darrell, the salesman, after I had spoken to him on Friday, July 17. I then followed her along on the iPhone, looking at the extra pictures and videos she took and shared with me as she perused the lot. She test drove the car as well. I just knew this was going to be one of those convoluted processes because buying a car always is and trying to shop for one virtually couldn’t be anything but a headache! I was wrong! I was really impressed with the efficiency of the McLarty staff. I have never purchased a car that fast!!! I made my first contact with Darrell on Friday, July 17, and by Monday afternoon, he had delivered my new 2020 Honda Accord. Everyone (Jonathan, Zack and Darrell, and the young man who came with Darrell to deliver my car) were just awesome! The car is absolutely beautiful!!
