I’ll never forget taking my mother up to this dealership after I got my first big boy job ant how excited I was to test drive and potentially buy an Audi. On this day I was dressed extra nice for this first time experience. We sat in the lobby and watched people walk past us for 45 minutes like we didn’t exist and we finally left. It was embarrassing and I left with a pit in my stomach like I wasn’t good enough to be there. I’ve since bought an Audi and from a different dealership and was treated like I mattered. Where I’m from that means something. If it means something to you I strongly encourage to go elsewhere for a vehicle.

Had an appointment for 10:30 on a weekday. On the phone I was told the appointment would be no more than a few hours long. Once I got to Audi, I was told it would need to stay overnight and would be ready in the morning. I had no arrangements made and I am not from the area. The next day I had received no call from Audi so I called to check on it. I was then told it would be another day. I called the next morning and it was the same thing. After waiting three days on my car, I finally called and told Audi I was going to come pick up my car. I only needed diagnostics done, the car was never even looked at. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Sales: the first visit we had a dealer said that we had champagne taste on a beer budget. We walked. We were called with multiple apologies. Gave them another chance. Huge mistake in hindsight.nnAfter purchased: took car in for service over 10 times in first year and a half. They had the nerve to blame me for changing my own spark plugs. They finally found Timing issues, bad exhaust valve etc... they did nothing but offer a terrible trade-in price and took zero responsibility for the lemon they sold us. By far the worst customer service I have experienced on any purchase. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Ended up trading car in somewhere else to avoid Parker Audi all together as soon as the warranty expired.
