Poor service at this location. Purchasing the car was a breeze. Great salesmen all around but never received my post purchase walk-through. My first one had to be rescheduled and they never returned my call to reschedule. I accepted that and moved forward. I moved to Tampa,FL and experienced great service. Unfortunately, I am at the mercy of this location once again as I have returned to the area. They never miss an opportunity to disappoint.
Seriously love taking our BMW (Grace) here! Ryan, our service liaison, is AMAZING! The Genius crew are amazingly knowledgeable and have helped me use all of the features that my girl Grace has to offer! The service crew has her positively purring and running as smooth as satin! My only complaint is that they can't work on my Jaguar...oh well... maybe the McLarty group will eventually open a Jaguar place in the future...
I have dealt with 2 people in the service department: Ryan and Antywon and they’re both terrific. It’s the small things that make a big difference and keep customers happy and they both definitely understand that. I am so impressed with both of them. Tarik is also very friendly and is always willing to work with me. I have never received such excellent customer service. I love my car and am definitely going to be a repeat customer. I highly recommend this dealership.
Drove 6 hours to get one of their cars and they made it a very easy process. They're very friendly and made us feel at home after a long ride. In my opinion it was definitely worth the distance and will look at coming back someday hopefully.
My husband and I went to several different dealerships and by far Alec at BMW was a breathe of fresh air. He knew his product and was very professional. I highly reccomend them if you want exceptional customer service.
