Whatever you do, just ASK FOR DESIREE. She is by far the best sales agent I have ever worked with. She had the vehicle parked up front, with gas, water bottles and history check in hand✅. She never pressured us and even let us test drive the car TWICE. She will WORK for you and give you the best possible deal. I have been to numerous dealerships but it will be hard to beat our experience at Bale with Desiree. We love our SUV ❤ud83dude98
When I got to the dealership everyone was prompt. They came out and they helped me got everything taken down that needed to be done. The waiting area was very clean everybody was very nice. I think they did a excellent job working on my vehicle and getting me out of the shop quickly.
Charles was a great Salesman. He answered all my questions and he was knowledgeable about the information related to the specific vehicle. The process was smooth and quick. I was in and out in very little time. I’m grateful that he answered the phone. The finance manager, John, was very cordial and provided great service and care to close the sale. He was not pushy and overbearing at all. He provided options for the products at a great price.
Well a service rep help me as soon as I got out my truck. He was a very nice young man. I didn't have to wait very long either on my truck. Perfection!
