Friendly staff
When this store is open, the service is great and the products acceptable. Its a Starbucks, you go here for consistency, not to have your socks blown off.nnI've been trying to give restaurants a pass since COVID has happened as I've managed a restaurant before and know the staffing issues that happen on the best of days. My major problem is that they've closed randomly (or so it seems to me) and changed their hours without notice on multiple occasions in the past few months. I get it, things are difficult right now, but would it be too much to ask for warning or updated hours on Google/The App?
Bellow rating customer service by a baresta who was making my coffee, I had to throw away the coffee he made because I don’t only pay for the coffee I drink but I pay for the service as well tried to call to complain but nobody picks up the phone.
Quick service and delicious caramel ribbon crunch
Recently picked up online order via the drive through and the restaurant allowed a patron’s cat to lounge on the pick up window ledge which is highly unsanitary. When it was time for me to retrieve my order, I had to abruptly advise the cashier not to rest my bag on the ledge. Some customers, such as myself, have very profound allergies to dander. Starbucks is indeed remiss one understanding this. Also, not to mention it’s disgusting to have animals lounging where people’s food is frequently sat on.
