I absolutely LOVE this gym!! It's clean all the equipment works well and is properly maintained. The changing rooms have showers avaliable, saunas as well as toilets, sinks....all the basics and are always super clean. Michael, the owner, is such a pleasant, helpful, kind man. The rates are super great too. I honestly will never go anywhere else after such a great experience. Thank you Balance Fitness and Michael!!

Balance Fitness represents the ideal-esque local gym with amazing people and great vibes! The gym is centered in the heart of Downtown Hillsboro and has excellent weight equipment, cardio equipment, a yoga / fitness room and tons of wonderful like minded people! As a person and business owner, Mike is one of the most down-to-earth people you could ever meet - always reaching out and trying to help people in fitness and health as well as make their gym experience affordable and accessible! Mike represents the business owner that is truly invested on a heart and soul level into his business - it is his passion and focus in life! Balance Fitness is a great place to workout, especially in this uncertain time. I joined in June and really enjoy the gym and the community. They gym is very clean, it has all the equipment you need, and has very good hours of operation. Most of all, I love that I can support a local business in Hillsboro. If you are looking for a gym, this is the place for you!

I love this gym. We each have a key fob so we can workout at odd hours. It is clean and well furnished. The owner even sent me a handwritten thank you card for joining. If you are in the area and need a gym, this one needs to be considered.
