I had stuff in a storage unit here, for about 6nMonths . When I came to pick it up, discovered a hole in the ceiling where water had been dripping on my stuff. There was mold on everything, water damage and water stains.nThe owner was rude and disrespectful and acted like it was my fault.nThey also have roaches, I've never lived in a home with roaches or anything and I brought a few boxes home and started unpacking them and found live roaches in the boxes and a couple in my car after moving my stuff from their storage to my house.nnThis was the worst experience I've ever had with a business .nnThey absolutely refused to refund my money to pay for the damages to my stuff.
Very reasonable price. Get spiders and mice easily but that is most storage units. Was very understanding when my husband and I stated we was moving and didnt have time to clean the unit. Informed us we wouldnt be getting our deposit back.
I have had my 2 sheds here since later part of 2008. Always curtious, friendly & very helpful. The only problem (being in another state) is getting ahold of them when there is a problem with the phone. Need a way to contact them when this happens like for the past week.
I would give this place ZERO STARS if I could!! Upon getting my storage unit the women there where helpful but after that I had nothing but issues!!!! They failed to charge me for a month even though I was on “auto pay” I was then billed double the storage unit price for being late on my payment which I thought was paid for since I was on automatic payment, I then called and had a very rude and unhelpful person answer who claimed it was all my fault and gave a bogas story to cover up on their mistakes!!! Even getting my deposit back was a hassle!!!! I am sick of this company and I never want to deal with them again!!! Terrible, unhelpful, rude customer service and very deceiving people!!!
Very disrepctful owner who will talk over you and hang up on you because she lacks simple customer service never seen anything as bad as her and her staff
