My hair is maybe about an inch past my shoulders so its not considered extra long hair, i was charged for extra long hair which is still farless than other places but what I didnt like was the fact that my stylist charged me one amount and the cashier said no so she charged me for medium size hair and cashier said no that it was the extra long hair amount which i clearly dont have and i just plain didnt like the cashiers attitude they need better customer service people upfront.. overall i liked my stylist hair i have no complaints with her as she was very new ro cutting hair
