Saw a ad on Facebook from Roberto Guevara a 16 Silverado crew cab and responded to Roberto and he got back with me very quickly came in the next day to look at it and he got me a much better 16 ram eco-diesel with half the miles that the Silverado had and was fully loaded for just $2,000 more. He is an excellent sales person and I highly recommend him to anybody. Thanks Roberto for getting me a great deal on a great truck!!!
Zero stars for the Service Department!!!!nI took my 2016 Ram to get serviced and this company caused even more issues with my Ram. They “fixed” 3 of my recalls and literally ruined my dial (8 speed shifter) while trying to fix the recall and are wanting to charge me to fix the issue they caused on my Ram, they also are wanting to sell me a service that I do not need on my vehicle and are blaming that for the cause of why my shifter isn’t working properly. I feel taken advantage of, I’m not sure if it’s because I am a women but I am not stupid to pay for something that you guys did to my vehicle. I do NOT trust this company who destroys your vehicle and then wants to charge you for the service!!!!
Salesperson was amazing! Finance manager was not. He will add on extra warranties without asking if you even want them. I suggest reading the fine print. They advertise a big dealership warranty but you end up paying for it. Along with gap coverage. High interest rate even with excellent rating. Will definitely refinance through credit union for better rate.
If you need a vehicle you have got to get with Chuck Phillips at Orr Hyundai!! Attention to detail and very thorough. Great guy, go see him!!!
I bought a used car from here and they told me several times that it hasn't ever been wrecked. They charged me a high price for the vehicle and then I noticed cosmetic damage the day I bought it and went in with an appointment but they wouldn't do anything about it. I also requested a car fax and fhey gave me a cheap off brand of it saying it wasnt wrecked. After I had it a couple months I met the previous owner and he told me it was wrecked. I bought a car fax and found out it was wrecked and when I went back to try to get it fixed or compensated but they declined all acknowledgement and wouldn't help me out at all. Very poor service to me and lied all the way through the deal
