Horrible. Drove out of our way to purchase a Platinum F-150 4x4 truck, cash. When we got there we were not directed to speak with our original sales associate, Emily. We were told to speak with Ed Schwartz. The dealership brought the truck around to the front. Surprisingly, the truck had significant body damage. This was never disclosed in the listing, photos or through the sales and negotiation process. The only apology we received was for the dealership being under remodel construction. Very disappointed. To sum the experience up... Shysters.

Was visiting from out of town and developed an issue with my Ford Super Duty DEF system on a Friday afternoon. Tommy at the service desk got me in very quickly without a appointment, solved the problem in less than 2 hours! All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional! Can’t say enough positive things about our experience at this dealership.

If I could give it less than a star I would. Horrible customer service. Took car in for service and in the 11 days they have had the car they have never made a call to state what's going on. Amber gives attitude over the phone as if you are bothering her when you call and ask questions. Nothing is their fault and they do not try to make amends for their ineptitude.nnSo let's talk about masks. In the 8 people working at the location only one person was wearing a mask correctly. One lady had hers below her nose. Every customer who came in had on a mask. But the fact that they had a sign on each door that stated masks required and the majority or the staff was not was ridiculous.

I would not even give these people 1 star but unfortunately you have to in order to leave a review . I would not recommend this place to purchase a car it was absolutely the worst costumer service ever, not to mention the manager, salesmen were VERY rude and unprofessional.. I have purchased many of cars from many dealerships and never have I had an experience like this ever in my life! Horrible, am actually shocked how a “business”( so called ) can stay in business. If you are looking to buy a vehicle I would highly recommend you go elsewhere.
