Ray was amazing with customer service. Communicated through text while my vehicle was being repaired. If I had any questions or concerns he was quick to address them. All of the staff was very friendly and kind.

Caliber Collision provides exceptional customer service. They greet you with a smile and make sure you are satisfied the whole process through. Ray with Caliber kept me updated dailly on the back order of the parts for my new truck. The repairs they made were great work, but they even went beyond that and made sure my vehicle was clean when I picked it up. I could not praise them enough for the how satisfied I was.

These guys are awesome. They took great care of me from the very beginning. Like most people, I don't wreck my car and get it repaired every day, or even every month! So I'm not familiar with the process of dealing with insurance, getting repair done quickly and we'll, and these guys took care of all of it! The work was done quickly, the Customer Rep kept me informed of the progress, and the shop people did a fantastic job! It looks great, and the work was done excellent, all. While being professional. I highly recommend this shop.

Great place to fix the car. Quality work, excellent paint job and friendly staff that do care about your car. If I need more work done I will be back. I highly recommend this place with their great service. The shop kept updating me about every step of the process. They can also help with a rental car.
