J & J Auto Sales

I bought several cars from this delearship and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Their customer service has always been courteous and helpful. Both my kids also purchased cars from J and J Auto Sales and are 100% satisfied customers. We will definitely be a returning customer when we have car needs.

I bought a car from J and J auto sales in Hillsboro on Monday, turns out it’s a lemon. I am an idiot and signed an “as is”. And I take full responsibility for that. I would just like to get the word out that this dealership is selling faulty cars so someone else doesn’t end up losing thousands of dollars like me. I am a single mom, and I just needed a little car to get me to work and my kids to school. I can’t afford/don’t want car payments every month so I buy a little car every couple years and drive it until I need a new one. I’m not looking for sympathy, luckily I have amazing friends that are trying to get this car running again for me. If this was a private seller I would just eat it, it happens. But this is a new business these guys just started a couple months ago and I want everyone in the Portland area to know what kind of business they are running. I have tried to contact the owner with no avail. Since it’s a new business I was hoping they might at least offer to look at the car and help me fix it. Again, I signed an “as is” but I was hoping they might have some integrity and help me out. Wishful thinking. Save yourself the money and trouble and do not buy from this dealership.
