Royal Moore Toyota

Today I bought a certified Toyota Camry. I worked specifically with the sales man, Norgen, who was extremely professional and helpful from beginning to end. I also worked with Joe in the parts department to snag some accessories while I was there and he was extremely professional and helpful in determining the right accessories for my new car!nnWhen I got to the individual in finance (spacing on his name), he was upfront and honest about the warranties and extra services they had to offer me on this vehicle. He helped me through efficiently and thoroughly.nnAll 3 of these individuals specifically were fantastic from start to finish. They were genuinely helpful and not your stereotypical car dealership characters. They weren’t pushy when I said no to offers and were helpful in getting us both a great deal to walk with.nnI would 10/10 recommend shopping with them.

Our experience with Royal Moore was positive from start to finish. We were interested in a vehicle, emailed about it, and able to see it at our convenience the next day. They had a brand new model available that was still in our price range, and when we arrived they were both parked out front, ready for us to check them out and test drive. Luis was wonderful to work with and walked us through everything along every step, and they explain all of the small details very clearly. Will definitely be back when we are ready for another new vehicle! Definitely recommend.

I had the opportunity to meet Carmen as I required help knowing if my Tesla Model 3 needed any maintenance. I no longer drive my Toyota Camry but have always looked to Toyota for great service and answers to any questions.nnCarmen proving to be extremely knowledgeable and having a universal understanding of automobiles took care of me. He kindly offered to check my tires, brake pads, wiper fluid, and more before my long trip. I was able to drive my car in peace knowing that it had been looked at by a professional in the industry.nnThank you Carmen for going above and beyond. Toyota has a great asset on their team.

I took my car in for service yesterday and I’m very pleased with the service and everyone I interacted with from the beginning to the end. Jennifer is always very sweet and polite and Ray is very helpful, not just with me, but with all the customers. I overheard him speaking to an older couple about their car and Ray is the type of person I would like my parents to come across if they ever need help with getting service done for their car.
