We had an issue with refrigerator and were on outside of evacuation zone. Needed to stay in motorhome as electricity was turned off. Steve and Lee diagnosed the problem and we were all fixed in two days. Great job!

This place is the best. They are always fair with the price, and just so thoughtful. We have taken are trailer a couple of times ti them and always been so happy. Also they are taking all the right precautions with covid. Its so nice.

We have found Sunset RV to be honest, knowledgeable , and excellent to deal with!nnWe have a Lance trailer that has had problems with leaky skylights since we bought it new about 2 years ago. We brought it back to the dealer we purchased it from multiple times as they were an authorized repair shop; they never fixed the leaks though they told us the leaks were fixed. We gave up on the authorized repair shop and took our trailer over to Sunset RV as we heard good things about them. I was immediately impressed by how thorough they checked the trailer out. I had a list of issues with the trailer I was going to ask them about; I didn't need to as they picked up all the problems I saw along with explaining to me what caused the problems. They didn't play any games; everything was straight forward and fully explained. We haven't had them fix our trailer yet as we have to deal with Lance as the trailer was severely damaged by the Lance authorized repair shop. We will be having Sunset RV do the repairs and any future work we need.
