Justin’s Rv’s Sales And Service

Very bad services on my recent Rv that I bought from Justin Rv . I was told that my keys and title will be send to my home address in a week. 2 weeks later contact them again they say they’re still working on it. A month later still don’t have it. They told me to have a lock smith make the keys. We talk to owner they say they will get keys and title right a way. A week later still didn’t get anything. Over all my RV is a total loss there isn’t anything working and they won’t fix anything. The services is terrible, Buyer beware !!! because they won’t do anything or services for you after your purchase.nI’m totally screwed on this transaction. Make sure you check everything is working before you buy but I won’t recommend this Justin RV . I spend a couple months dealing with them but can not resolve anything.

Wish I could give 4-1/2 stars! Justin was patient and very informative with my mother in law. Only reason for not 5 stars is the trailer wasn't quite ready to be shown. It needed carpets cleaned because of what people had tracked in and batteries weren't hooked up to turn on lights and be able to look around.nThat said, I'd highly recommend giving Justin's RV sales a shot at your RV needs.

The salesman was very pleasant. The camper we found advertised on Craigslist, not so pleasant.nnBut in fairness to the ad, it was priced incredibly low. The ad however claimed no smells, yet it smelled. And there was swelling on the exterior.

Don't buy a trailer from these guys. Learn from my mistake.nnThey are unprofessional and never had any paperwork ready to go. I had to go back 3 separate times to pick the trailer up because they couldn't find the title.nnThey told me everything works and even showed me that all items in the trailer work. However, they were running all the items off battery and I found out a week later that the main distribution panel was bad so once the batteries run out of juice, nothing works even when plugged into power.nnNow they want to charge $150.00 for diagnostic plus the cost of the repairs to fix the issue.nnShady business practice if you ask me and I wish I hadn't dealt with them.
