This place is the worst! I asked for a Venti Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew with extra cold foam and it looked as is they gave me LESS than even the normal amount. Not only that, but the outside of the cup was covered in coffee and syrup. This is now the third time this has happened and I won’t be back. Not to mention the employees have the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time.
I ordered a pink drink with vanilla and they gave me a cup of milk with strawberries. No, really. Just milk and strawberries put on the top. So glad I spent $20 for cups of milk. And they didn't remake it.
I’ve lived in Forest Grove my entire life, and come here quite frequently, every time I’ve had the “pleasure” of dealing with Anita at the drive up she has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, even for Starbucks. Very stuck up and rude. The first few times it happened I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but no it’s seriously every single time that I come through. I can’t be the only customer who thinks so. Come on Starbucks. Do better.
I always get coffee at this location but last 2 days I been pay 6 dollars for a half full i never got my drinks like this very disappointed and the girl there get in attitude just cuz i ask .I think need to change location .
Good drinks but over priced and corporate controlled. 4 stars because of the excellent customer service
